A 24-year-old Leguan man, who was wanted by Police, was nabbed with 20 grams of cocaine.
Reports are Police was tipped off that the wanted man; Melroy Moore, was a passenger of a speedboat enroute to Leguan. As such a party of Policemen went to Success Sea dam and awaited the arrival of the boat. Upon spotting the Police, Moore hurried off the boat and attempted to run but the ranks gave chase and nabbed him.
A subsequent search revealed a transparent plastic bag containing a quantity of substance suspected to be cocaine, found in his right-side pants pocket. He was taken to the Leguan Police Station where the suspected cocaine was weighed in his presence and amounted to 20 grams.
The man was reportedly wanted for an offence of a similar nature.
