The eight pugilists signed their contracts in the Board Room of the Abdool and Abdool Insurance Company, High Street, Georgetown.
Promoter, Omotola Gaulding, said the main objective of the card is to assist young aspiring boxers, but the success of the programme depends heavily on public support.
Heavyweight, Shaundell Park, in her pre fight comments indicated that her opponent, Shelly Gibson, will not last the four rounds of fury.
Gibson, who was not big on words indicated that her punches will do the talking come fight night.
A12-round Super Middleweight title fight will be the feature and will see Derrick Richmond and James Walcott.
other fights include Kelsey George facing Romeo Norville in a four-round Super Middleweight bout while Kishawn Simnon will oppose Cassius Matthews in a six-round junior Welterweight contest.
