A 38-year-old construction worker, Mosai Edwards of Enterprise, East Coast Demerara (ECD) is now a patient of the Georgetown Hospital following an alleged shooting on Sunday.
Reports are that the incident occurred about 23:30hrs at Well Road Ogle, ECD.
Based on information received, the victim was approached by two men who shot him in both of his feet.
The police were subsequently summoned and the victim was taken to the Georgetown Hospital where he underwent surgery and is said to be in a stable condition.
Investigations are ongoing.
