[www.inewsguyana.com] – A man who snatched a gold chain from a woman in the Stabroek Market on Friday night was caught by a member of the City Constabulary who chased after him.
According to the police, the incident occurred at approximately 20:30 hrs. He was found in possession of an unlicensed .32 revolver with one round.
He has been arrested and is in police custody. Charges will be made shortly.
