Caribbean Airlines (CAL) has launched a mobile website application which allows customers to book flights, add or update frequent flyer information, add or update contact details, or add seats and meal preferences and a list of other features,using an Android or iOS smartphone device.
According to a statement issued by the airline, “CAL recognises that customers need to have on-the-go information about their flight details and other services, from any device. Our new, responsive mobile site can be easily accessed by adding the URL– mobile.caribbean-airlines.com to your mobile phone’s browser.”
Dionne Ligoure, Head of Corporate Communications explained: “Caribbean Airlines is in a state of transformation, with a customer centric focus where we are delivering the value that our customers demand, by making the travel experience easier. With the new mobile site, our customers can now access many of our services using their smartphones from just about anywhere.
“The mobile site is clean, simple, and easy to navigate, with many of the features already available on our desktop and tablet versions of the website,” the statement added.
