[www.inewsguyana.com] – Police ranks from the Narcotics Branch of the Guyana Police force on Wednesday found 388 grams of cannabis concealed in fern-leaf milk tins at the ogle international Airport, Ogle, East Coast Demerara.
According to police, at about 13:05h, ranks stopped and searched a male outgoing passenger at the Ogle International Airport, where the illegal items were found. He was at the time boarding a flight to Imbaimadai, Region One.
He has been arrested and is in police custody awaiting charges.
