PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad — Caribbean Airlines says it will operate relief flights between Port‐of‐Spain, Trinidad and Barbados to accommodate passengers on flights that were cancelled for yesterday and today due inclement weather.
The airline informed in a press release today that its relief flights are BW3458, which departs Barbados at 10:35 pm today and flight BW3459, which will depart Port of Spain to Barbados at 12:30 am tomorrow.
Caribbean Airlines is advising affected customers, who were scheduled to travel yesterday, that they will be permitted to change or cancel their reservations without penalty subject to the following conditions:
• Passengers must have a confirmed ticket issued before August 17th, 2017
• Passengers who choose to have their tickets refunded must do so by August 25th 2017
• Passengers who choose to change their reservations must complete their travel by August 25t unless travel on the original booking was after this date. Travel must also be in the same cabin as originally scheduled.
Caribbean Airlines said it will not be responsible for arrangements or transportation to/from an alternate airport or hotel/overnight expenses incurred by affected passengers.
