– at Hand-in-Hand Trust Corporation
A brave female security guard attached to ISS Security Service, contracted with Hand-in-Hand Trust Corporation, is now nursing a gunshot wound to her leg after she foiled a robbery attempt on the financial institution earlier today.
In a brazen attack around 13:50 hrs today, two armed bandits attempted to storm into the company located on Middle Street, Georgetown. However, they were confronted by the brave security guard who “fought them off.”
During the exchange of bullets, she was shot to her leg, while another stray bullet hit the door of a parked car outside of the entity.
The two gunmen fled the scene, and the guard was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital. Nothing was stolen as they were unable to get inside the building.
When INews visited the scene, detectives and other law enforcement officials were seen gathering evidence. Investigations are ongoing.
