[www.inewsguyana.com] – A 14-year-old South Ruimveldt Secondary School Student is currently nursing a puncture wound at the Georgetown Public Hospital after he was stabbed by another student on Thursday, October 3.
The injured lad has been identified by hospital officials as Lennox Simon. iNews understand that during the school’s stipulated lunch break, Simon was involved in an altercation with another boy, during which he was stabbed with a scissors to his chest.
Simon was rushed to the hospital where he received medical attention and is resting stably. The whereabouts of the perpetrator is unknown to iNews at this time.
