The body of a man was discovered early this morning at the Le Repentir Cemetery, Georgetown, with what is suspected to be gunshot wounds.
According to the police, around 06:00h today the body of Steve Mohamed whose last known address was Kaneville, Grove, East Bank Demerara (EBD), was found with “suspected gunshot injuries.”
His body is presently at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home awaiting a Post Mortem Examination (PME).
Meanwhile, police ranks are investigating the circumstances leading to the man’s death.
