[www.inewsguyana.com] – The body of a man who jumped into a river after he was caught breaking into a shop was found today.
According to police, at about 23:00 hours on Janaury 04, David Marks was allegedly seen breaking and entering a shop at Papi Show Landing, Mazaruni Rive and was confronted by residents.
Marks is reported to have jumped into the river in order to escape and was not seen until today (Wednesday January 07), when his body was recovered in the river. Police investigations are in progress.
