[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police are still trying to ascertain the identity of a man whose body was found on the seawall behind the Criminal Investigation Department on Wednesday, December 4.
The man’s body bore marks of violence on his hands and side and he appeared to be in his fifties according to a police source. His genitals were also missing from the body.
iNews was informed that the bruises on the man’s body are not many but they are consistent with those inflicted on someone during a violent encounter.
The source said that the man’s body was fresh indicating that he may have been dumped at the location before sunrise today.
