[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Guyana Baseball League hosted a successful session of Easter Camps across the country.
According to the Body, successful camps were held in New Amsterdam Berbice and Cornelia Ida (West Coast Demerara) and Tuschen (East Bank Essequibo).
The event was held in accordance with E-Networks Inc., Sterling Products Limited, Fly Jamaica Airways and Nobel House Sea Foods.
The Board is expecting a visit from Elias Sosa, Latin America Coordinator for Major League Baseball (MLB), where he will conduct coaching sessions for camp participants at the Georgetown Cricket Club on May 2-4.
The Board noted that all equipment will be provided and participants are asked to dress appropriately for sporting activity.
The camp will commence at 09:00h and end at 16:30h each day.
