[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Police have arrested 29 – year – old Orin Boodi after they found cocaine in milk tins in his luggage, when he attempted to board a Travel Span plane yesterday [Friday, July 04] to New York at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA).
The British National was taken into custody after agents of the Customs Anti Narcotics Unit (CANU) found the illegal substance in several five-pound milk tins.
The bust occurred just hours after an American citizen was caught with just over seven kilograms of cocaine in milk powder. He was an outgoing passenger on a Dynamic Airways flight.
