The Warriors won the toss and chose to put Hawksbills to bat.
The Antiguan team ended on 136 – 8 off their allotted 20 overs. In reply, Amazon Warriors managed to make 140 – 8 off 19.4 overs; leading the front was skipper Ramdin who made 51 runs.
The match came down to the end when Warriors had to get 23 from 21 balls; but Permaul made it easy when he struck a six followed by a four.
In the 20th over, Warriors had to get four from six balls, the first ball was a dot followed by a wide so it was 3 runs from 4 balls; bowling that over was Carlos Brathwaite. He bowled the third ball wide off stumps but Sunil Narine smacked it on the onside leaving Guyana to get 1 from 2 balls; the 4th ball was bowled to Narine, he then struck it over the top for 4 making Guyana come out victorious.
