Guyana has recorded 43 new cases of the novel coronavirus, making the total cases recorded to date a whopping 8135.
Currently, seven persons are receiving treatment in the Covid ICU while 768 are in home isolation.
Those in institutional isolation are 37 while those in institutional quarantine are 28.
The Covid-19 death toll is now 184 while the recoveries stand at 7157.
