Lutchman remanded a visibly immature and underweight teenager to prison TWICE for showing Jagdeo’s motorcade the finger. Is there any such offence in the books? More recently she sentenced two UG students to community service for armed robbery. Now this light sentence for robbery under arms and stabbing. Lutchman is either one mixed up lady or she is outright daft. This is one for the Judicial Service Commission.
Should be life sentence.
Four years jail for such serious offence? He should be put away for longer. But the rate at which criminals are being sent to jail once convicted in addition with the escalating criminality, there would be no more room for them.
