[www.inewsguyana.com] – A hire car driver has been placed on $2M bail for the offence of causing death by dangerous driving.
Seon Greene of Lot 58 Russel Street, Charlestown, Georgetown appeared before City Magistrate, Judy Latchman, where he pleaded not guilty to the charge, which alleged that on May 21 at Sandy Babb Street, Kitty, Georgetown, he drove his car in a manner dangerous to the public, thereby causing the death of Mohamed Khan.
Greene has been ordered to report to the subordinate officer in charge at the Kitty Police Station, Traffic Department. The matter was adjourned to July 27 for statements.
