It is alleged that Robertson of South Turkeyen, East Coast Demerara on February 27, 2015 at Bel Air Park, Georgetown, being armed with a knife, he robbed Andrew DeAgrella of one Samsung Galaxy Note Cellular Phone value $85,000.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge; the court heard that the accused currently has a similar matter pending in another court and that he was positively identified by the virtual complainant DeAgrella.
Bail was granted in the sum of $150,000 and he will make his next court appearance on December 11.

Seems he is a small fish bandit OR he handed in his gun to escape being imprisoned if caught with it, now that the amnesty has ended.
