[www.inewsguyana.com] – Twenty – four – year old Affie Jafar Ramaya of Miss Phoebe, Port Mourant, Corentyne is now dead and three others injured after the car they were in crashed into a donkey and a parked motor lorry along the Alness Public Road, Berbice.
According to a police release, the accident occurred at approximately 22:20 hrs on Sunday, May 31 and that Ramaya, who was the driver, was going at a fast rate when he lost control and crashed.
Ramaya and the three other occupants were rushed to the Port Mourant Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The other three persons have been admitted to hospital.
