[www.inewsguyana.com] – Twenty – year – old Khemraj Singh of Hampton Court, Essequibo Coast has become the country’s latest road fatality.
According to a police report, at about 16: 30 hrs on Thursday December 03, 2015, Singh was driving his motorcycle along the Ex-Mouth Public Road, Essequibo Coast, when the driver of an oncoming motor car allegedly lost control of the vehicle and collided with him.
Singh was pronounced dead on arrival at the Suddie Hospital. iNews understands that the driver of the motor car fled the scene, but was subsequently arrested. She is in police custody assisting with the investigations.

I can recall another female motorist killing an guy on the road.
She too was caught. She got her lawyer to stand in court who told the magistrate my client have some very important business to attend to in Lethem.
Bail was granted in a small sum but the beauty of that case— no one ever hear a squeak to this day — I bet the entertainer lady was too busy in Lethem to attend court ever again. ..That case closed– Lets chalk it up to she got away with murder because she is a prominent business gal. Once you big in Guyana you get away with rape molestation and road killings. Lets hope we hear more about this lady motorist killa. Why she flee? Maybe high on booze or drugs or had things to stash away..
Very sad all this road carnage. No respect for anyone’s life. Imagine hitting someone and fleeing the scene I just hope that now she has been caught that she will face the consequences and not ever be allowed to drive again.
