19 – Y – O remanded on armed robbery charge

The unemployed man pleaded not guilty to the charge, which alleged that on December 05 at La Penitence, Georgetown, being in company of another, armed with a gun he robbed Jasper Carter of one gold chain and a gold ring together valued $215,000.

The Police Prosecutor opposed bail on the grounds of the nature, gravity and penalty attached. The matter was transferred before Magistrate Fabayo Azore for January 6, 2015.
